Olaa was excellent. They emailed straight back and arranged courier to provide next day delivery due to our tight event schedule. They then followed up to check we received the vases. Very grateful!

Super helpful with organising delivery around my schedule and easy to get a hold of. Were so nice to refund the white glove delivery when my elevator ended up being broken on the day and the delivery person couldn’t bring it up stairs and assemble it for me which was understandable.
